The design of the antenna is by DC0BV. More details and the history of the beacon can be found <a title=\"PI7ALK (by PE1BTV)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pe1btv.nl\/page.php?6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/42pPNjRJVcE?feature=player_detailpage;controls=0\" width=\"640\" height=\"560\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nAfter about a minute first reflexions can be seen. The signal is increasing in strength, until the plane reaches the midpoint of the path.
